We don't always have fresh beef ready to go, but we almost always have frozen. Choosing between whether you'd like your beef box fresh or frozen will allow you to determine when your box will arrive.

We think of freezing our product as preserving its freshness, allowing us to keep the beef in tip top condition for longer.

However, improperly frozen products have given rise to the common misconception that frozen meat is vastly inferior to fresh meat.

We use safe and effective freezing methods to mitigate against any reduction in taste and quality caused by freezing.
